Niche is a pop-up vegan food delivery service located inside of the Philadelphia Zoo. A lack of space, healthy clean food options and the amount of plastic waste that has to be disposed of at the zoo. With the corresponding app the user will make their order and have it delivered to the closest kiosk where the food will be placed for them to pick up.
